Please note that TUT MT students will have first right of say to any vacant rooms that has not been chosen by current Tenants wishing to swap rooms.

Included in your rent you will receive the following:
* Internet uncapped.. in your room. just bring your pc and plug it in. (please note constant downloading will not be permitted and the url will be blocked)
* DSTV Permium. DVD player in the lounge.
* Laundry with a speed queen washer.
* Laundry soap,Dishwashing soap.
* Sta-soft.
* Toilet paper.
* Shared Computer in the house.
* Swimming pool.

Kitchen: a full kitchen with lockable space for your food. Shared fridges. Clothes washer.
And basic cleaning chemicals. Toilet paper. And Washing powder 

Bathrooms:
For those who do not have a en-suite bathroom
there are 2 shared bathrooms in the house.

Domestic Cleaner:
Ironing is R20.00 per load.
Martha is in 3 times a week. To help with the chores.

Security:
Mapogo security.

Economic Conditions:
If things look a bit better later in the year.. I will relook the prices. as for the prices on the list I think it's quite good
considering that you have an internet connection in your room.
