Specifically for the Speedqueen machine we have in the house. * 6 liter of Staysoft * 36 Rolls of toilet paper. * 5 liter of dish washing liquid. * 5 liter Handy andy. * 5 liter Tile cleaner. * 5 liter Bleach. * 1 Roll of refuse bags. * Cleaning cloths and drying cloths. If some of these items are finished before month end. Then you would need to provide your own. the only item I will continuously supply is dish washing liquid. * I supply a broom, vacuum, Iron and Ironing board. oven cleaner and light bulbs as needed. * Martha comes in 3 times a week. The agreement is that she is here to clean the house and to do the laundry. She is not here to wash a mountain of dishes. Martha has a cabinet in the kitchen with a lock. she will wash your dirty dishes and lock it away and you would need to negotiate a price with her to get them back.Martha will wash your clothes for free, If you require Ironing she will expect R20.00 cash on the day. Oven, hob, Microwave oven, Dishwasher, Speed queen laundry machine, Individual space for food storage.
Laundry Washing and Ironing. Ironing is additional @ R20.00 per load. you may wash your clothes yourself. we compile a list, Martha will wash your clothes once a week. DSTV There is a communal lounge with DSTV premium. and a dvd player
Internet There is a 4mbps ADSL line with an Uncapped account on an Internal network to each room.There are two wireless hotspots and you can sit in the lounge or back at the pool and be online. We do have a server and Illegal downloads are monitored and will not be allowed. Parking There is enough open parking behind a motorized gate for all the tenants of the house Guest will be expected to park outside.
Pool There is a swimming pool and a braai area. This facilities is for the use of the house mates. If you wish to bring your own friends. You will have to make a booking and pay a deposit of R200.00 Rooms There are 10 rooms to choose from. and a house Manager to make sure everything runs smoothly. Lounge A nice lounge to have dinner, and relax.
