 ROOM DESCRIPTIONS Room0 This room is the largest room at Eagledale. Situated at the front of the house, this room sports a large enough area for a comfortable stay, and a very large, en-suite bathroom. the Room is give or take a square or 2. 16msq and the bathroom is 22msq.
Room1 This large room has a Outside door exiting directly to the parking area. The Floor is tiled with a warm brown scheme, and has a ceiling fan for those warm Pretoria days. a Large fixed closet is available for the tenant.
Room2 This Room is in the front of the house. with a Really nice wardrobe. The window faces north Room3 This room is also situated in the front of the house, next to the Main Bathroom. It's also just down the hall from the Kitchen and Front door.
Room4 This is a small room, close to the front of the House. A closet is provided for clothing. This room lies between the kitchen and bathroom 1.
Room5 A small room right next to the living room area. This room has a Closet and Study Desk.
Room6 a Medium sized room, close to the Living room, and next to the computer area. This room has tiled flooring and comfortable atmosphere. The Large Sliding window, used to be a sliding door, but this entrance has a gate permanently locked, changing it from an entrance to a window :)
Room7 Situated in the middle of the property, right next to the parking area and living room, this room enjoys a small en-suite toilet and basin, as well as a small portal and entrance. The Portal and Entrance leads directly to the Parking area for quick access to your car (should you be late for class the morning ^_^)
Room8 This room is quite spacious, and has 2 very large windows, embracing a great view of the Swimming Pool and Braai Area.
Room9 This room is situated near the back of the house and has a Closet supplied for the tenant. This room has a small En-Suite shower and bathroom.
Room10 a Great room situated right at the back of the house. This room has 2 doors, one leading to the rest of the house, and the other a double door leading directly outside to the swimming pool and braai area.
